Service

We know that when your forklift is down your business is down. At Southwest our goal is to provide same or next day service. Our Service Technicians are factory-trained and travel in fully-stocked service vehicles equipped to handle your needs from emergency repairs at your facility to major rebuilds at our shop. Using Teletrac’s Internet-enabled fleet management system assures our customer’s more efficient response time - 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Afterhours service can be scheduled by calling our emergency number 214-283-4232.

Warranty Service after the sale means we’ll handle warranty issues for you.

Planned Maintenance If staying ahead of major repairs is a priority, we’ve got a Planned Maintenance (PM) program that can take care of you. Especially due to the tougher economic times we know that businesses are keeping equipment longer and we would like to help you extend the life of your equipment. Our PM program is an open contract and may be cancelled at any time for any reason. After a PM visit a PM Report is generated detailing the condition of every piece of equipment, as well as any safety concerns that may have been uncovered. If repairs are necessary, we will follow-up with a cost estimate for repair work. You’ll find out labor rates for service and repairs are competitive and can be customized to fit any size fleet. Let us show you how hassle-free exceptional service can be!

Operator Training Operator training is vital for the productive (and safe) use of your equipment. Our operator training is administered in a formal classroom setting and as a “hands-on” experience and can be scheduled at either our facility or yours. Let us help keep your company OSHA compliant.
